A method of preparation of a natural food supplement which aids the beauty of the skin, nails and hair and general well-being by a two stage process of mixing and heating fruit and vegetable powders so that the fruit and vegetable particles are micro- encapsulated by the oil released during heating and the supplement so prepared. The process, which takes 20 minutes is carried out in a counter threaded GONDARD (RTM) mixer with capacity up to 2 m3. In the first stage 0.5 wt.% of partially de-oiled amazonia nut (Bertholletia excelsa), papaya and tomato are mixed for 5 minutes to give a pre-mix. In the second stage the pre-mix and the rest of the partially de-oiled amazonia nut are mixed for 15 minutes. The mixed and homogenized powders are then packaged in packaging impervious to oxygen.
