The connection parts of a seat (1) onto the vehicle floor (3) comprise a base articulated frontward on the floor along a transverse axis (22). To the rear are lockable anchoring means for connecting the base to the floor. The seat part frame (11) is connected to the base by longitudinal guides and longitudinal locking means (6). Control rods (71,72,74) of the longitudinal locking means are connected to a control lever (84) of the anchoring means and a common control handle (93) is directly connected to the longitudinal control locking means so that an action on the handle causes successively the unlocking of the longitudinal locking means and then the unlocking of the anchoring means.
