The construction device comprises a roof frame (2) including rafters (12) and purlins (11) as well as wall frames (3,4,5,6) including posts (13). Stability means (7) enable the device to be self-stabilizing in X,Y and Z when the frames are assembled. These stabilizing means comprise a longitudinal beam (8) and a transverse beam (30) at the level of the roof frame which engage with two transverse stability legs (10,10') provided on the transverse wall frames and two longitudinal stability legs (9,9') on the frame of the longitudinal walls.
