- method for determining by digital simulation the optimum conditions to be applied in a horizontal well (or complex) drilled through an underground reservoir to be removed progressively (reset) by the fluids coming from the reservoir, the deposits or cakes which are formed in at least one zone to the periphery of the well, following the operations of the drilling and completion. - the method essentially comprises the acquisition of the initial data obtained by measurements in the laboratory values, according to the initial permeability (ki) of the formations surrounding the well, the thickness of the cakes, as well as the values of permeability damaged (kd) and permeability restored (rf) of this zone, as a function of the distance (r) to the wall of the well, the discretization of the damaged zone by a cylindrical grid in 3d in the form of blocks of radial thicknesses are small relative to the diameter of the well, and the resolution in the mesh of the equation of modeling the diffusivity of the fluid flows through the cake in taking account of the initial data measured and, by modeling the evolution of the permeability as a function of the flow rates (q) of the fluids flowing through the cake, in order to deduce the optimum conditions to be applied to the production of the well. - applications to the production of deposits of hydrocarbons, for example in deep offshore conditions in the formations very consolidated (gulf of mexico, angola, etc.).
