Fractionation micro-columns (2) each comprise a micro-channel with an opening for introduction of an eluant enriched with a sample. Columns have a discharge opening at one end. Each enables intermediate selection and fluidic capture (10) of a product of fractionation at its terminal component, upstream of the outlet. Selective micro-lever assemblies (21) are associated with the columns.
