The implant comprises a rotating disc (7) carrying studs (12) which is implanted in the front part of the sole (3a) and inlaid between the real sole and the front part of the double sole which is most rigid. Rotation occurs during the follow through by means of a mini-bearing (8) placed between the disc and the double sole.
