Venetian blind with upper lamellas having an inclination angle which is independent of the inclination angle of lower lamellas

The blind has an upper lamella unit (33) which consists of several parallel upper lamellas (331). The upper lamellas are arranged beneath and parallel to the head rail (31). The blind also has a lower lamella unit (34) which comprises parallel lamellas (341) which are underneath and parallel to the upper lamellas. Each of the upper and lower lamellas has two end sections at opposite ends in the longitudinal direction. Each end section has a passage hole (342). A closing rail (32,32') is arranged underneath and parallel to the lower lamellas. Two pull cords (35) extend through the passage holes (332,342) in each of the upper and lower lamellas and are passed through the head rail (31). The blind also comprises an angle adjusting mechanism (4).
