Method for fabricating a printing forme that is both erasable and re-writable. Accordingly a leaf (2) made with a memory alloy is stamped with a peripheral unit (3) to form cavities and so form the desired printing impression. To erase the impression by heating the alloy to remove the cavities. The invention also relates to a corresponding fabrication device and printing forme.
