The installation consists of a control box (3) and chamber (2). The chamber has walls filled with expanded polystyrene (7) which enclose a liquid (6) and some air (8). A low voltage bulb (10) heats the liquid and a deflector plate (9) ensures good thermal exchange with the chamber walls. A sensor (11) delivers temperature information to the control box which has a transformer (15) thermostat (16) and meter (14).
