A transmission antenna for transmitting microwaves generated by the transmitters (7) from the electrical energy generated by the photoelectric converter (6), to space has an array antenna (8) for emitting the microwave and a reflecting mirror antenna (9) for reflecting the microwave emitted from the array antenna.
