The atmospheric pre conditioner for a motor vehicle having an internal combustion engine and an air conditioner (c1-cn,C1-Cn) is operated by the motor and controlled by a receiver for remote control signals. The engine, transmission, air conditioner and receiver (d1-4) are connected to respective controls (U1-4) connected to a common communication circuit (CAN).
