The device has attachment pieces for a sliding part that can latch into attachment slots on the ends of slide grooves when a control part is pushed down, whereby the control part is fixed while another sliding part fixed in a plug-in bore is moved down by the downward movement of the first sliding part so that the main body of a braking part turns through an angle and the braking part is thus pressed against the tape to exert a braking effect. The device has attachment pieces (24) for a sliding part that can latch into attachment slots (15) on the ends of slide grooves (13) when a control part (2) is pushed down, whereby the control part is fixed while another sliding part (32) fixed in a plug-in bore is moved down by the downward movement of the first sliding part so that the main body (31) of a braking part (3) turns through an angle and the braking part is thus pressed against the tape (4) to exert a braking effect.
