Device (5a) for blocking an opening (6a), which by default is not blocked, for distribution of an object such as a box containing a clean syringe in exchange for a token. Accordingly means are provided for complete or partial blocking of the opening on its internal protected face., commanded by command means (10a) that are activated by the detection of the presence of an object. Detection means that detect the presence of an object ensure that all or part of the opening is blocked when the magazine is empty. The invention also relates to a corresponding device for distribution of objects.
