The telecommunications network is made up of sub networks, one local and the others distant, and connected by a bridge. After a network topology change an assembly of coherent gates is created, each representing a routing assembly. The table of one of the coherent gates, and each gate of the local assembly does not belong to the coherent assembly allowing the gates to coordinate the assembly of routing tables of the local sub assembly.
