The method guaranteeing the transport of a fluid between two elements (E1,E2) of a hydraulic or pneumatic system (S) comprises replacing a flexible hose (F) of the mono-tubular type with a hose made from a flexible continuous bundle of tubes (10). This tube bundle has a total through flow section equal to that of the mono-tubular hose. The hose is then shaped by means of a rigid sleeve (12) fixed on a support (15) to follow the path necessary for the connection of the two elements and fitted with end fittings.
