The cabinet control and command unit has a central command (13) and functional elements (40) connected via transmission of digital words (30,31,32) to which several detectors (42,44,46) are connected. The central command unit is integrated with a server (10) dedicated to several functions independent of the connection cabinet. The server is connected via a network interconnection (11) to a digital word network (20) and via a real bus adaptor (12) to an internal earth bus.
