The structure comprises a vertical telescopic mast (1) constituted from a fixed sliding chassis (2) and a runner chassis (3) mobile along a vertical axis inside the sliding chassis. A traction cable (5) and an electric hoist (6) maneuver the runner chassis relative to the sliding chassis.
