Decreasing pressure drops generated by fluid flow in a tube (2) comprises putting a layer of porous material (3) onto the inner surface of the tube impermeable to the fluid. The material has permeability to allow fluid circulates in the layer. An Independent claim is included for a pipe (1) for conveying a fluid while limiting pressure drops comprising tube impermeable to the fluid conveyed and porous material layer. The porous material layer covers the inner wall of the tube.
