Use of a synergistic composition (I) for reducing intracellular accumulation of lipids and treating obesity, where (I) comprises: (a) at least two vitamins selected from vitamins A, B2, B9 and E; and (b) at least two minerals or trace elements selected from magnesium, zinc, copper and selenium.
