The signalling mechanism has a balloon (20) with an inflator (15) and a manual switch (22,24,26). There is a support (11) with the deflated balloon and connection (30) allowing the automatic balloon elevation after manual switching of the balloon inflation at a distance where the balloon is visible in all directions.
