The key holder case for a flat key with a head (3) having a hole comprises a cavity (6) having at least one hole (7). The cavity houses the key head and enables the key stem to pass through. Key locking means (8) are in the shape of a stud (10) engaging a spring (11) supported on the case internal face (29). One face (12) of the stud has a slope allowing the introduction of the key into the cavity and another vertical face (13) prevents withdrawal of the key.
