PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external wall execution structure excellent in load resistant performance against the weight of the external wall plate and easy in positioning of the forward and rearward positions of the external wall plate, excellent in waterproofness and cost. PSOLUTION: In the vertically stretched direct spread external wall construction structure 1, the longitudinal direction of the external wall plate 2 is set vertically and directly fixed to the building frame body 10. A starter metal fitting 3 and a sill weatherboard 4 are arranged on the sill 101. The sill weatherboard 4 has a back plate 41, a horizontal plate 42, a shuttering board part 45, a draining plate part 43, and a front board part 44. A ventilation hole 421 is formed in the horizontal plate part 42 and an elastic packing material 46 is arranged in the shuttering board 45. In the starter metal fitting 3, a base plate part 31 is overlapped on the back plate 41, a leg part 35 is placed in the horizontal plate part 42, the external wall plate 2 is supported by a support plate part 34, and a contact plate part 33 is brought into contact with the rear side face of the external wall plate 2.
