GASIFICATION BLAST FURNACE SYSTEM AND ITS OPERATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasification blast furnace capable of increasing a processing capacity.;SOLUTION: This gasification blast furnace is equipped with: a gasification furnace 3 for gasifying a waste material; a blast furnace 4 for melting ash contents by reacting combustible gas and char generated in the gasification furnace 3 with combustion air; and downstream facilities 7-9 installed in the downstream of the combustion exhaust gas flow direction of the blast furnace 4. The system is characterized by installing a plurality of units of blast furnaces 4-1 and 4-2 for one unit of the gasification furnace 1 to distribute the combustible gas and the char discharged from the gasification furnace 3 into the respective blast furnaces 4-1 and 4-2 by a distribution device 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
