CORE MANAGEMENT PROCESS FULL-EXPANSION TYPE INTEGRATED PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT METHOD AND SYSTEM USING MANAGEMENT PROCESS MATRIX TABLE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of improving the response to a delivery date requested by a customer and minimizing inventory resource by forming an operation plan in an integrated manner. PSOLUTION: This production management method and system comprises step 1 of determining whether or not information of a management process in a management process matrix table corresponds to a setting reference of core management process to set a core management process; step 2 of calculating a production necessary amount; step 4 of performing a load pileup expansion simulation in the core management process; step 5 of calculating a material necessary amount; and step 6 of executing a correction when the results executed to the step 5 are not matched to the content of the production plan and the facility capability or limiting condition of the process, and repeating the steps 2 to 5. This production management method and system further comprises reading information of management processes located on the upstream and downstream of the core management process from the management process matrix table based on the set core management process, and executing the steps 1 to 6 executed to the core management process to all processes including the core management process.
