PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer especially suitable for using in operation of a tubular bone, and a manufacturing method therefor.;SOLUTION: This tubular spacer includes a first edge on a first end part and a second edge on a second end part on the opposite side. The space is selectively matched to different cross sections and shapes. A tubular jacket of the spacer is expanded or narrowed at one end part thereof.
