MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF MODIFIED NYLON 6T COMPONENT WITH IMPROVED HEAT RESISTANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a modified nylon 6T component which is capable of improving heat resistance.;SOLUTION: As the manufacturing process of a modified nylon 6T component with improved heat resistance, a nylon 6T copolymer or composition thereof is injection molded in the presence of a polypropylene resin as an enhancer to obtain a product improved in heat resistance. The nylon 6T copolymer or composition thereof is blended with 0.1 to 5 wt.% of the polypropylene resin beforehand and then formed to the modified nylon 6t component by injection molding under suitable conditions. The modified nylon 6T component according to this invention obviously has a better heat resistance, as compared with conventional methods.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
