PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively protect an approximately conical commodity housed in an external box from vibrations or impacts and so forth.;SOLUTION: A three-dimensional cushioning material 3 is provided between an external box 2 having a cylindrical shape having bottom, and the approximately conical commodity 4 housed inside. The cushioning material 3 has a housing part and protruding parts which radially protrude from the housing part to the outside. The housing part is formed of a poligonal-shape bottom surface part and a plurality of side surface parts which stand diagonally upward to the bottom surface part, and have a trapezoidal shape or a triangular shape. Also, respective protruding parts radially protrude respective corner parts of the housing part.
