SPINNERET FOR MODIFIED SECTION SPINNING AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING FLAT CROSS SECTION FIBER BY USING THE SPINNERET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinneret for stably obtaining a multifunctional flat cross section fiber capable of providing a fabric having both of feelings such as soft feeling and refreshing feeling and functionalities such as transmission-proof property and low air permeability and to provide a method for producing a multifunctional flat cross section fiber by using the spinneret.;SOLUTION: In the spinneret (1) for melt-spinning a thermoplastic polymer into a modified section fiber having a dumpling-like flat cross section of a shape in which a plurality of single fibers having round cross sections are linearly conjugated, a spinning hole for spinning the thermoplastic polymer is bored in the spinneret (1) and an introducing hole (2) of the polymer is provided on the upstream side of the spinning hole and 3 to 6 discharge holes (3) are linearly, parallel and independently bored without connecting these holes (3) to each other on the downstream following to the introducing hole (2).
