PIPING INSTALLATION SYSTEM FOR BUILDING FACILITY CONSTRUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize pipe materials without any wastes and to enhance cutting as well as piping works at a construction site by using a computer without executing on-site cutting work of the pipe materials.;SOLUTION: The system is composed of a process to draw a piping plan diagram based on a structural information of a building body anchored on the ground, a process to survey at the construction site according to the piping plan diagram, a process to input the piping plan diagram into the computer, a process to make a simulated original drawing by overlaying each position information obtained through the actual survey on the piping plan diagram and to correct discrepancies or differences in lengths and piping positions as well as shapes or locations of the structures of the building body or/and the piping on the simulated original drawing, a process to cut the piping materials according to the information obtained through the revised piping plan diagram at the place other than the construction site in advance and finally a process to execute the work to the building body at the site.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
