PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold device for dismantling a chimney capable of easily dismantling the chimney at low cost and a dismantling method using the device.;SOLUTION: This scaffold device 1 for dismantling the chimney used when the chimney 100 having a double tube structure of an inner tube 101 and an outer tube 102 is dismantled from the upper side comprises a scaffold frame body 2 having an upper stage floor 4 having an extension part 3 of such a size that can extend from the outer peripheral entire area of the inner tube 101 in the outer radial direction and a lower stage floor 6 supported at lower ends of a plurality of columns 5 suspended from the upper stage floor 4 and arranged in the inner tube 101 in the horizontal state, and a lift means 30 supporting the scaffold frame body 2 on the inner wall of the inner tube 101 and moving the scaffold frame body 2 vertically relative to the inner tube 101.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
