PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system etc. for adjusting game event occurrence time. PSOLUTION: The system for adjusting game event occurrence timing consists of a timer part 150 for grasping the elapse of actual time and a memory part 120 for storing user data 126 including information on the time to start a game and parameter data 122 indicating the game event occurrence timing. The system also comprises an input part 130 for inputting actuation-related information and a determining part 114 for grasping the time elapsing in a game based on the elapse of time grasped by the timer part 150 and the information on the start of the game and determining whether it is necessary or not to adjust the occurrence time of a prescribed game event based on the time elapsing in the game, the parameter data 122 and the actuation-related information.
