PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structurally simple, efficiently operating capturing device.;SOLUTION: The capturing device includes a capturing means 1 capable of capturing light rays 17, 22 exiting an object 2, and at least one image-forming unit 3, 4, 21, 31. The image-forming unit includes first lens means 5, 6, 19, 29 having a number of lens elements 14, 27, 34 arranged in an array enabling the light rays 17, 22 exiting the object 2 to pass through, and second lens means 7, 8, 20, 30 positioned between the first lens means 5, 6, 19, 29 and the capturing means 1 and being able to supply the light rays 18 passing through the lens means 14, 27, 34 to the capturing means 1. The second lens means 7, 8, 20, 30 have a number of lens elements 15, 28, 35 installed in an array.
