PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance test system of protection relays for accurately and safely implementing a performance test of the protection relays respectively built in a plurality of distribution panels in a short time.;SOLUTION: In the distribution panels 10₁ to 10_N, measured signals are inputted from continuous measuring instruments 3, 4 to the protection relay 1. Control relays 11 to 13 are provided, input a performance test input from the outside of the distribution panel to the protection relay and pull out a performance output to the outside of the distribution panel when the operation test is implemented. A protection relay tester 14 generates a performance test voltage/current and obtains the performance output. A sequencer 17 applies the performance test input from the protection relay tester in order of relay elements under control of the control relays. The protection relay tester inputs the performance output. A controller 14A controls the generation of the performance test voltage/current and measures a performance output time. A personal computer 15 generates a test start command and a test end command in order of the relay elements and stores an performance output time data.
