HONEYCOMB CORE MATERIAL AND SOUND INSULATING MATERIAL FOR SANDWICH CONSTRUCTION BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honeycomb core material and a sound insulating material which are excellent in non-combustibility, fire resistance and heat insulating properties, has excellent sound insulating performance over a low sound region to a high sound region, and can be easily manufactured without generating a problem on a manufacturing installation.;SOLUTION: This honeycomb core material comprises a honeycomb body in which a porous foamed body is filled in at least ≥20% of the cell volume. The porous foamed body comprises a urethane cured article obtained by phosphoric acids, a curing agent of the phosphoric acids and from a urethane prepolymer with NCO groups, and an inorganic particulate material with a specific gravity of ≥2.8, a hardness of ≤6 and a mean particle diameter of 10-100 μm, and the content of the inorganic particulate material is 20-85 mass% in the porous foamed body.
