PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a software for conducting a single or plurality of kinds of game(s) or the like and/or various kinds of skill tests easily, quickly and efficiently, using a mini panel, so as to issue a diploma. PSOLUTION: In this apparatus, software and/or manufacturing method, the computer softwares of the single or plurality of kinds of games and/or the software for the various kinds of skill tests or the like are displayed on a mini panel screen, using a world language, and are progressed in parallel, a rank of real ability of an executor is determined in a midway of execution therein and the finish thereof, the diploma by the world language is issued with a single or plurality of individual person name(s), or a team name in the diploma, for each result, a comprehensive diploma for the plurality of kinds of games or the like and/or the various kinds of skill tests is issued with a charge or no charge in response to requirement, and information or the like is transmitted and received in response to the requirement.
