PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-proof and fireproof panel at a low cost applicable to a curtain wall of a steel reinforced concrete building, and facilitates the sticking of an interior finishing plate thereto and electric wiring by improving the structure of a conventional external heat insulating composite panel for use in a steel-framed building.;SOLUTION: The composite panel is formed of a cement board layer 2 including a venting layer 2h, upper and lower frames 4a, 4b each formed of steel, and a molded heat insulating layer 3. The cement board layer 2 has its upper and lower portion fitted and clamped to the upper and lower frames 4a, 4b, respectively, with bolts 7a in a loose hole mode, in a manner capable of absorbing displacement between layers. Then the inner surface of each of the upper frame 4a, the lower frame 4b, and the bolts 7a are coated with fireproof cover materials 6, and the molded heat insulating layer 3 having substrate members 5a and grooved substrate members 5b embedded therein is laminated on the cement board layer 2 and integrated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
