PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide orally ingested-type hydrolyzed eggshell membrane-containing drink having effects such as recovery of various troubles caused on the skin, and in-vivo damaged parts, improvement in immune strength or metabolic promotion in vivo, reduction or elimination of active oxygen caused in vivo, hair growth promotion and/or prevention of depilation, prevention of aging in the skin or chapped skin, and prophylaxis or improvement of skin disease so as to make the living body healthy. PSOLUTION: The drink contains hydrolyzed eggshell membrane as an active ingredient. The drink preferably contains further at least one kind of -carotene, vitamins and royal jelly.
