PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize formation of a high-precision beam by removing relative influence caused by a circumference environment and the differences among individuals of transceiver modules, and performing phase correction of the transceiver modules adaptively. PSOLUTION: A system is provided with each phase extraction section for acquiring the phase of a received test signal of each of two or more transceiver modules; an environment correction calculation section which compares a phase acquired by each module in the periphery of a module being an object of correction out of the two or more modules with a reference amount of phase correction, calculates the amount of each phase change occurred by the influence of a measuring environment respectively, and calculates an average value as the amount of environmental correction; a phase correction calculation section for calculating the amount of phase correction from the phase of the transceiver module of the object of correction and the amount of environmental correction; and a transceiver module controller for performing the phase correction of the transceiver module of the object of correction using this amount of phase correction.
