PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor location detection apparatus and an indoor location detection method which can detect an accurate location of a person while reducing the extension of a new provision as much as possible even if an indoor space is large. PSOLUTION: When a referenced positioning signal is received at an indoor datum position, a relative position from the datum position is obtained by detecting an ongoing distance and ongoing azimuth from the datum position, and an absolute position is obtained from the relative position to the datum position, relative azimuth detected by a relative azimuth detecting means is revised by using an absolute azimuth detected by an absolute azimuth detecting means, and ongoing azimuth is obtained.
