PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CDMA transmitter, a CDMA receiver, a CDMA multiplex transmitter, and a CDMA communication system in which a synchronism detection constitution on the receiving side is easy or synchronous detection processing on the receiving side is simple.;SOLUTION: The amplitude during the period for a synchronizing time slot of a self channel in spreading signals is outputted as modulation signals by making it larger than the amplitude of the spread signals during the other period on the transmission side of each channel. When the correlation of multiplex signals in which the modulation signals of a plurality of the channels are multiplexed and the spread codes assigned to the self channel are obtained on the receiving side, since the amplitude during the period for the synchronizing time slot of the self channel is increased, a part with a large value explicitly indicating the synchronizing timing is generated in correlation signals.
