PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat uniformly a sample, and to change excellently the sample up to a desired temperature by transferring efficiently the heat to the sample, in a tablet heating penetration type attachment for an IR.;SOLUTION: The tablet heating penetration type attachment for the IR is provided with a heating block 21 which is a solid member for performing heat conduction. A tablet holder 22 for holding a tablet 24 is arranged inside. A heating block body 21a is in contact with a heater 23, and the tablet holder 22 in contact with the heating block body 21a is in contact with the whole thickness of the tablet 24 which is the sample over the whole periphery thereof. Hereby, the heat from the heater 23 is conducted to the whole thickness of the tablet 24 over the whole periphery.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
