PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file arrangement changing device suitable for changing file organization with a limitation on references to links.;SOLUTION: The file arrangement changing device 100 is a file arrangement changing device which changes the arrangement of a part of files among file groups recorded in a recording medium with a file structure including a broadcast folder containing a file distributed by real time broadcast and a non-broadcast folder containing a file distributed by non-real time broadcast. When link information described in a file belonging to a folder belonging to the non-broadcast folder indicates a file belonging to the broadcast folder, the device 100 copies the file belonging to the broadcast folder into the non-broadcast folder (the step S708) and makes such a correction that the link information indicates a folder to copy.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
