PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic answering telephone service which enables a selection of a voice message reception or an e-mail message reception in compliance with an intention of a called side in a mobile communication network.;SOLUTION: When a called side mobile terminal 10-2 does not answer, either voice automatic answering telephone processing which records a voice message inputted from a calling side terminal 10-1 and replays the message in response to an operation of the called side terminal 10-2 or e-mail address notification processing which notifies an e-mail address of the called side terminal 10-2 to the calling side terminal 10-1 to urge a transmission of the e-mail address is performed in accordance with instructions from the called side terminal 10-2.
