PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seepage control structure of a waste disposal place provided with an electrical broken part detection apparatus having detection precision improved by improving the conduction state of the electrical broken part detection apparatus by arranging an electrode of the electrical broken part detection apparatus in a conductive gelated material to form the close contact state with the conductive gelated material.;SOLUTION: The seepage control structure of the waste disposal place provided with the electrical broken part detection apparatus is formed by laminating a seepage control sheet 3, a protective mat 2, a protective soil layer 5 and the electrical broken part detection apparatus.
