PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a precise puncturing to object tissue without unevenness which was performed previously according to experience, perception or other technique of a doctor.;SOLUTION: The puncturing apparatus is equipped with a needle part 3, an external cylinder part 4 covering the side, a needle part load meter of more than one axes for measuring load acting on the needle part 3, a load meter for measuring load acting on the external cylinder part 4, a recording device for recording data of the load meters, and a judging device. Measured results of the needle part load meter and the external cylinder part load meter are recorded as time series data in the recording device. The judgment device determines whether the needle part is positioned in corresponding tissue border part of biological tissue, from the discontinuity in higher order data other than first or second order data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
