PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the degree of association between speech sentences in a chat log of complicated structure in which the speech sentences are intricately associated with each other. PSOLUTION: A link analysis part 50 of a chat log processor 10 acquires a prescribed clue (refer to Figure 27) usable in analyzing the degree of association between the respective speech sentences from the speech sentences of the chat log, and gives points indicating the strong/weak degree of association to each of a plurality of other speech sentences to the prescribed speech sentence, using the acquired clue and heuristics. Based on the thus given points, the other speech sentence (the most associated past speech sentence) used as a link source, or the other speech sentence (the most associated future speech sentence) used as a link destination, is selected and determined for the prescribed speech sentence.
