PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting the blood vessel of a hollow organ, an extraction processing program of the blood vessel of the hollow organ, and an image processor by which a measuring object is quantitatively measured with respect to the hollow organ such as an eye ball, and the robust extraction of the blood vessel is automated. PSOLUTION: A quality measurement area of each frame for extracting a blood vessel area is given to the stereoscopic model (coordinate information) of the hollow organ prepared in advance. According to the judging reference of each pixel, an area belonging to a blood vessel area is judged based on the pixel value of the quality measurement area of a first frame, and the judging reference in a second frame connected with the first frame is set based on the pixel value of an area obtained by including the judged area in the blood vessel area.
