PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope air-supply and water-supply system with a forward water-supply function which is free from the increase in unintended pressure on the side of air-supply and water-supply side even performing an air-supply and water-supply operation just after the finish of forward water-supply operation and which is free from the leakage of liquid even when pulling out a tank connector from the endoscope just after the finish of the forward water-supply operation. PSOLUTION: This endoscope air-supply and water-supply system 50A is provided with: a first pipeline 17 which connects a pump 1 with a sterilized water tank 18 to make the pressure of the pump 1 act on the tank 18 with a prescribed pressure; a second pipeline 26 which connects the pump 1 with the sterilized water tank 18 to make the pressure of the pump 1 act on the tank 18 with a pressure higher than that of the first pipeline 17; a relief valve 34 provided in the middle of the second pipeline 26 to release the pressure in the tank 18; and a control means for releasing the pressure in the tank 18 for a fixed period via the relief valve 34 after the finish of the forward water-supply operation.
