PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple production method replacing a method for producing an oligo(meth)acrylate represented by polyester (meth)acrylate and a resin composition containing the oligo(meth)acrylate by conventional troublesome processes.;SOLUTION: The (meth)acrylate and/or its esters, a diol and a polybasic acid anhydride are used as raw materials.
