PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a goods distribution management system capable of making automatic reading using a machine irrespective of the tag affixing position by affixing non-contact tags only to necessary slips.;SOLUTION: The goods distribution management label issuing device using non-contact labels and to be installed at each business station is composed of a slip reading part 111 to read the slip management number printed on the slip to be affixed to each article of goods and a goods distribution management label issuing part 112 to record the read slip number in a tag and issue it as the label to be affixed to the applicable article. The label issuing device may also be equipped with a goods distribution management label issuing managing part 115 which judges whether the applicable business station is furnished well with an infrastructure capable of reading the non-contact tag and decides if it should issue the label whereto the tag is affixed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
